By downloading, accessing, or using UpMe Games ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

UpMe Games is a mobile application that provides daily challenges, social features, live streaming, and gamification elements including trophies and premium subscriptions.

3. User Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

UpMe X Subscription:

UpMe X Monthly: $5.99/month - Billed monthly
UpMe X Yearly: $19.99/year - Billed annually

Subscription Terms:

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase
Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create and submit. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App.

The App and its content, features, and functionality are owned by UpMe Games and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
